For the parents we provide the best quality, eco-friendly and cruelty-free play cloths.

For the children we provide so much more. In the eyes of the child we can be anything.

The fabrics we use

At Laura's Play Cotton, we're proud to use organic cotton. Our products, specifically play cloths, are crafted with this eco-friendly, cruelty-free and sustainable material.

Organic cotton is known for its numerous benefits. It's grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, making it better for the environment and safer for farmers and workers.

Additionally, organic cotton promotes biodiversity and healthy ecosystems.

Unlike silk, which involves boiling living silkworms, our organic cotton ensures that no harm comes to any living creature in the making of our play cloths.

Endless Play Adventures

The sizes we have

The sizes our products have, are not randomly picked.

The fabrics we use to create our products are mostly produced in large lengths with a specific width.

Since we strive to have almost no waste, we choose the sizes of our products in a way the complete width is used.

The sizes we have are the following:
50 x 50 cm
90 x 90 cm
120 x 120 cm
90 x 270 cm

Do note that the sizes can differ per product since everything is sewn by hand

Ordering

How to order

To order, simply browse through our collection of products and select the items you'd like to purchase.

Add them to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page where you can enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.

If you encounter any difficulties during the ordering process, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

We're here to help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible!

Can my order be gift wrapped

We'll wrap your order with love. If you'd like that, please indicate it in the note box at checkout.

If the gift needs to be sent directly to the recipient, that's no problem at all! Just provide the recipient's address as the shipping address.

Invoice or packing slip

We can surely provide you with an invoice!

But there is no invoice or packing slip in your package. To minimize printing, we package orders based on the packing slip displayed on our screen.

If you do wish to receive an invoice, please send us a message.

We do include a business card and a small thank-you with your order. Would you prefer not to receive these? Please indicate during checkout in the comments section, and we'll omit them.

Payment methods

You can pay with iDeal, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If you want to pay with any other method, please contact us.

Using discount codes

You can enter your discount code once you proceed to the shopping cart and have filled in your address.

Please note that not all discount codes can be combined.

Sometimes, a discount code is already embedded in a link and therefore automatically filled in. This can also be seen after proceeding to the shopping cart and filling in the address.

Confirmation mail

Once you've placed and paid for your order, you'll receive an order confirmation from us via email. If you haven't received the confirmation, a few things could have happened.

There might have been a typo in your email address, causing our email not to reach you.

It's also possible that our email ended up in your spam folder. Please check to see if you've received an email from us there.

If you still haven't received an email, please contact us, and we'll verify if we've received your order.

Changing the order

Yes, you can change your order as long as it has not been processed yet.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible with the changes you'd like to make, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

It might happen that the order has not been processed, but we do not see your mail in time. Please try to contact us on Instagram as well to make sure we will get notified before processing the order.

Out of stock

"Out of stock" means that the product is currently unavailable for purchase because we do not have it in inventory.

We have a wide range of products, which makes it challenging to maintain large quantities of stock.

However, most of our products will be restocked. Only the limited editions will not be restocked.

Shipping

Shipping costs

The shipping prices are as follows:

Within the Netherlands, we ship for €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Within Belgium, we ship for €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Within Germany, we ship for €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Our products are shipped in the most eco-friendly way possible.

We have recently partnered with Cycloon, allowing a large portion of our products to be delivered by bicycle.

The packaging of our products is made from cardboard or biodegradable plastic. We recycle many boxes and use cardboard tape as much as possible! This makes the box where it is delivered much easier to recycle.

Shipping time

If the order has been placed before 16:00 it will usually be processed the same day.

When we process the order, the products will be packed and the track and trace will be sent to you.

For the Netherlands this should mean you will receive the order the next day.

For Belgium this should mean you will receive the order the next day.

For Germany this should mean you will receive the order within the next 48 hours.

We do say: "should" because we can't guarantee this. We do pay for some sort of promise from the couriers, but they do not guarantee us.

Returns

Returning your order

Sure! Returning items is possible within 14 days after receiving your order.

Just make sure the items you want to return have not been used!

Before shipping, indicate that you wish to return (part of) your order. Then carefully pack the items you want to return, add a note with your name and order number, and send the shipment to:

If you have received a tracking number, it's always useful to email it to us. Once your package arrives with us, we will further process your return.

If a package without tracking does not arrive with us, unfortunately, we are not liable for the loss.

Please note that we will always inspect the products and if the products are used, we will have to send the products back to you at your costs.

Cancelling an order

Of course! You can cancel your order free of charge as long as your package is not yet on its way to you.

If you cancel the order after we have already shipped the package, you can return the package to us at your own expense.

To cancel your order, please contact us.
