Shipping and Delivery

Prices:

Within the Netherlands, we ship for €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Within Belgium, we ship for €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Within Germany, we ship for €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Internationally the shipping prices vary.

Our products are shipped in the most eco-friendly way possible.

We have recently partnered with Cycloon, allowing a large portion of our products to be delivered by bicycle.

The packaging of our products is made from cardboard and/or biodegradable plastic. We recycle many boxes and use cardboard tape as much as possible! This makes the box where it is delivered much easier to recycle.

 

Cut-off-time (locally)

If the order has been placed before 16:00 it will usually be processed the same day. 

When we process the order, the products will be packed and the track and trace will be sent to you.

Internationally the cut off time is a few days.

Shipping time

For the Netherlands this should mean you will receive the order the next day.

For Belgium this should mean you will receive the order the next day.

For Germany this should mean you will receive the order within the next 48 hours.

We do say: "should" because we can't guarantee this. We do pay for some sort of promise from the couriers, but they do not guarantee us.

Internationally shipping may take a few weeks.
